Our Doctors

Dr Meiqing Han
MBBS, MMed(Skin Cancer), DCH, FRACGP


Dr. Han is a Chinese-born Australian, who finished his hospital training in Prince of Wales hospital in Sydney before developing a special interest in skin cancer medicine. He has been working full time in skin cancer medicine. He obtained a Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery, and also graduated as a Master of Medicine (Skin Cancer) from University of Queensland.

Dr Theo Likos
BMBS, Member of The Skin Cancer College Australasia, Certificate in Dermoscopy

Dr. Theo is a highly qualified general practitioner who has always had a strong interest in Skin cancer and surgery. He has undergone numerous post graduate training courses following his medical degree (from South Australia) in the field of skin cancer medicine and surgery. His latest course completed was the Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery (Nov. 2019). Dr Theo is highly competent and identifying and treating all types of skin cancers. Importantly however, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and to then focus. On providing a thorough examination of your skin, addressing and areas of concern. His bedside manner is calm and pleasant and he is extremely competent at his work. He then uses high quality digital photography to capture accurate images of any suspicious skin lesions, and of course will perform a biopsy if he believes there is any suspicion of a skin cancer. His motto is “when in doubt – cut it out or biopsy it” when it comes to any suspicious skin lesions. Dr Theo believes in taking whatever action is necessary to ensure that you are in no doubt as to whether any suspicious skin lesion is a cancer or not.

Dr Ram Karlapudi
MBBS, FRACGP

Dr. Karlapudi, worked in Scotland as a General Practitioner for 10 years, with a special interest in Dermatology – skin cancer medicine and surgery. He has been awarded Diploma in Dermatology from Cardiff University (U.K) and worked with the team at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary. Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP). He holds a certificate in skin cancer medicine with the Skin Cancer College Australia (SCCA): www.skincancercollege.org.
