Also known as Pottsville Family Practice & Skin Cancer Clinic.
Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer diagnosed in Australia and it affects all age groups. Early detection saves lives. Skin cancers are visible so they can be checked as soon as they develop. Some symptoms may appear quite minor, but remember any suspicious spots should always be checked out immediately.
We pride ourselves on promoting skin cancer awareness and prevention, and we provide an accessible and reliable service when you need it.
There are a variety of methods available to treat skin cancer. Your doctor will examine the type of skin cancer, and take into account its position and size, when helping you to choose a course of treatment. We have modern equipment to conduct tests for squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma and other skin conditions.
At Pottsville Skin Cancer Clinic, patient comfort is our top priority. Our compassionate Pottsville doctors will make sure you receive practical healthcare advice and they are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Many of our patients travel short distances from surrounding suburbs, which includes Hastings Point, South Golden Beach and Bogangar.
