Dr Matthew, a seasoned General Practitioner, achieved his GP Fellowship in 2020 and currently serves as a GP Registrar Supervisor. Matthew joined the SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinic team in early 2023. Matthew holds notable qualifications, including a Diploma of Child Health, an Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine, and a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery.
Matthew also has extensive experience includes practicing as a GP in various regions, including the Central Coast Gosford and Newcastle regions.
Beyond his professional commitments, Matthew finds joy in playing Rugby Union for Taree and competing in running events. His cherished moments involve spending quality time with his family and dogs at Old Bar Beach.
Dr Scott Giffin has a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney. He also has an Advanced Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery.
Dr Scott has practiced an extensive range of skin cancer detection and treatments since 2004 and now works entirely out of SunDoctors Minyama.
Dr Tim Ibrahim is a Skin Cancer Doctor and Registered General Practitioner. He provides thorough skin checks, imaging & surveillance of moles, cosmetic mole removal, & when appropriate definitive surgical removal of skin cancers. Graduating Medical School in 2007, Dr Tim had a broad surgical background including several years as a Neurosurgery registrar and as a rural GP-Obstetrician qualified to perform Cesarean sections. He has published in peer reviewed journals, and presented at Annual Scientific Meetings including the Australasian Skin Cancer Congress.
